There's an argument which says that the newly regulated sports books are private businesses and they should be able to do business with whomever they choose. I think this argument has a number of problems, but let's start with consumer protection. We know that the problem gaming people have a voice. That's always a voice that politicians like to hear from them. And we know that the sports leagues have a voice as well.
