There are a couple of factors to take into consideration that if the trend is declining but we don't discount it out the back. Sites with multiple revenue sources typically command high multiples especially if they're defendable. There's so many different types of ways you can diversify revenue with the website, obviously quick wins are display ads and affiliate commission.
