The Importance of Gentle Intent
I think anything that can make yourself directing more gentle is whatever trick you can use to make it softer. The combination of a gentle intent or interest and a highly specific thing like my neck, you really can't get much more specific than that. That's not something that people are used to, but it's certainly within most people's ability to learn. It just requires a little practice. So don't hold on. Don't try to grasp it. Yeah. And what's I think Alexander, didn't he write about, well, he wrote about concentration? Yes.
