How Do We Pick Curriculum as a Church?

How do you pick curriculum as a church? How do you figure that out? I know years and years ago, my mom would help write it. And so, but it's not that way always now. What we have in common is we have strong theological convictions about what is right and what is wrong. We don't want it to be some watered down mystical, weird thing.
