Keenan Allen cannot finish inside the top 12. He's not going to do it for Keenan. When he came back from his hamstring injury, he averaged 15 fantasy points a game in half PPR. Mike Williams missed a bunch of time in that stretch and won't again. Quinton Johnson is there. This is a keep Keenan Allen situation.
