The Stoics were very much about living a life of virtue, so how do you think they dealt with regret? I'd have to refresh my knowledge of stoicism. As emotion, just like fear or hope, my understanding is that they would want to simply diminish it as an emotion. And on the other hand, the Stoics or maybe Buddha, they're not saying don't have regrets, but just it's not important to dwell on it.
