How to Introduce a New Patient Coordinator
The new patient treatment coordinator's job is to. help the patient discover everything that is possible with regards to their oral health. In the first half hour of the appointment, the patient doesn't see the doctor in the first 50 minutes. It's all coordinated by the treatment coordinator. The person does step one, they take the patient on a quick tour.
