Before COVID all I really cared about was revenue just to continue growing that and I figured oh we'll get profitable later. Because of CO VID we kind of had to structure it right so I started working with this one company called Clever Profits also a productized service but their thing was more like management accounting. By figuring out the unit economics of our business what a good kind of gross margin looks like for an online productized service or agency which in my head is around 70%. That goes a long way in ensuring your product is actually scalable profitably because if not then you're just running yourself into the ground.
