Sophia, a Spectroscope in Wavelanth Ranges
Pete warden was the project scientist for sophia, that big infarred telescope built into the side of seven forty seven. One of the greatest experiences of his professional life was getting to go along on a ride on sophia as some observations were being done with a couple of my colleagues. It has really opened up a lot of a molecular and atomic spectroscope in wavelanth ranges that we just can't get toa from the ground or in currently operating space misciones.
