The Eighth Movement With Medical Marijuana

The National Cancer Institute fast-tracked a marijuana-based drug, THC, a THC pill in 1985. A few billionaires like George Soros and John Sperling who founded the University of Phoenix realized that they liked marijuana and they used it for various things. They contacted Ethan Natalman when he was on TV debating Bill Bennett about legalizing all drugs. And so that's when it all converged in 1996 and my home state of California and I was there for it with a vote for medical marijuana.
