The Problem With the No Self Theory in Buddhism

Buddhism approaches the self in two ways. One is the kind of intellectual problem of the self which is to some extent what we've been talking about so far. The bigger problem for Buddhism is that the self is perhaps bound up with attachment if you like. To have a self is inherent in some sense to be selfish and therefore what the goal is to let go of self.
