Is There Any Legislative Involvement?
The Arizona Supreme Court is set to rule on the state's redistricting maps. The court will decide whether or not they can be gerrymandered in a way that doesn't violate the state constitution. John Avlon says he thinks there are too many questions about what it means to have an independent legislature. He also believes we need to take our role as judges more seriously than we do now.
