The AIDS-egypti can lay their eggs on a leaf by the water and then when it dries out, the egg will survive in this dipod state. So you have this species that can just sit there and completely dried out areas,. And then when rain comes, it can hatch out. This is another reason why it's very hard to control. They do bite during the day. They hide inside your closets and your bathrooms. They'll feed on you while you're sleeping. They're eggs.
