The Train Operating Companies Aren't as Good as They Used to Be
i think it's been really interesting act to hear mc lynch in from our omte am to days, sounding m almost sympathetic towards the train upratin companies and network rail. Ye, it's really difficult. And you know, that the two sides are not as far apart in this as you might think. Am, i think the train operating companies in particular are a little bit em kind of hands behind their back somewhat, in the negotiations. They're not as able to bring stuff to the table as they might like to have., says Loand.
