The auto industries are so large in those two countries, because they are so influential. They help to shape the priorities that governments have. Then if you say, we're going to build some transit systems and encourage people to take bikes, there are fewer jobs, less economic activity associated with those forms of mobility. So those are challenges that we face as well because of how the economy is set up and because of how we judge economic value.
