Is There a Society Shift?

i wonder if it's maybe the younger generation, there's been such a societyal change. They don't want to work as much, or they're interested in doing other things. So how much of that is transitory verse, like a society shift? And like, how do you gauge that? Maybe it's hard to do. In the short term, though, i don't think there's much of a society,. i mean, iDon't pick up much of a permanent society shift.
