Sally Kohn: I went through ADHD coaching recently to try and figure out kind of like how it's best that I work. She struggled with going from software development to developer relations where software development is very rigid. So what are some of good questions or some green flags or red flags that might pop up during an interview process if you're neurodivergent?Kohn: If there is a little thing at the bottom that says let us know if you need an accommodations for the interview process, that is a giant green flag that they're willing to make those those changes.
