How to Pick the Right Real Estate Agent
I feel like a lot of real estate agents are referrals, if that's true. A good amount of our clients are referrals from either past clients or people you know. Depending where you're looking, it's probably good to find someone that's very well known and the area has good relationships with other agents. If the listing agent knows your agent, they might help you out and try to push for your offer to get accepted. People aren't aware Bay Area is really hot right now. It's definitely a seller's market.
