Is the Supreme Court Really Responsible and Law Abiding Citizens?

Supreme Court said law abiding citizens responsible law abiding citizens. But when I've been subject to an agreed, civil, restraining order for harassing and stalking, it is almost impossible for me to conceive that you fit within responsible and law abiding in the context of firearm ownership. It's obvious to me that the Supreme Court meant that if you're talking about somebody who's a threat to other people as manifested by court freaking orders that this is not responsible and lawabiding.
