i think that gives you kind of laboratory to do experiments at the current job to help you work your way into that next kick. You don't need a degree, and you don't necessarily even need so many years of experience if you're going to be a consultant. So do the tests, figure out what is the thing that you're amazing at, develop the skills that you can solve the problem. And then at that point, it's salesmanship. Especially if you want to be a leader, for example, leadership is a big thing for me.
