Wells Fargo says they are incrementally positive given signs. The demand normalization is leveling off. Employment in the US seems strong. So even outside of new home purchases, there's home renovation going on. It's a very strong stock. I think you've got to respect the price action here. You're not having to pay up to get McDonald's.
