Working for dows requires a completely different mind set in terms of how you think about work. There is no hierarchy, so any one has sort of the ability to walk in and start contributing but your contribution is going to be judged on merit rit. No one is really going to tell you, like, you need to do this or that. So it's really like you need to have initiative,. You need to do impactfu work, right? And usually dhe founding team doesn't have corps specialties. Usually the founding team is developers.
