Amazon is a company that makes the maximum return from a dollar before you earn the right to get another dollar. Amazon has kept its initiatives small enough so they can keep testing and perfecting it, but small enough not to be a major drag on the business. In digital music, I had again, about a 50 person team. And I actually had a bigger digital media business, music business than Microsoft did. They spent tens of millions of dollars between 2004 and 2010 on zoom. But we're losing money and gaining no traction. So they gave up.
