How to Be a Data-Driven Merchant
Brad: How much time should someone block off to invest like on a weekly monthly basis? You're probably doing a couple of hours already a week, you know, just trying to put stuff into Google sheets. Just make sure that most of it is not entering data into a Google sheet or something like that and trying to crunch some numbers yourself. That's how I think about it is. If you're spending five hours a week trying to track your business, continue spending five hours. Then leverage the time to go figure out what the next thing is that you're trying to do.
