Privacy and Secrecy in the Book

Privacy and secrecy are not the same thing, right? Right? I think ththre's a couple of things hat are important in the definition. Privacy is a matter of degree most of the time for most people. And i think our thinking about privacy and our legal rules should meet information where it is rather than perhaps where it's easiest. But this book is not about that. It's about information about humans. And it also et to the human values that i think should be used to drive our privacy policy.
