The Ideal of Social Dividend Distribution
According to Marxist theorists, the communist ideal of distribution is not the present way in which most public goods and services are doled out like welfare. The ideal of social dividend distribution is to be found in public libraries where you can get any book you want just by proving you need it. To bring about the transition from the exchange system of distribution to the need system, socialist society must do the following two things: move more and more goods and services from the wage price or exchange system to the social dividend system.
