Rardo: Tim Ballard has apparently been removed from Operation Underground Railroad and is no longer the CEO do you have any information or even speculation as to why they would get rid of their founder? lizzy: I have no idea when I saw that me and my um former boss we were just chatting about it and like we I have no clue I was just flabbergasted because he's kind of been you know the the main spotlight. Rardo: A lot of times terminations happen just because of vision disagreements or personality disagreements but at the same time every nonprofit the more wealthy than a nonprofit is clearly the better it should be managed.
