The Impact of Jonathan Fletcher and John Smythe on the Church in England

Justin Humphries is CEO of the Christian Safeguarding Group 318 and co-author of Escaping the Maze of Spiritual Abuse. He has been at the center of some major investigations involving scandals with Jonathan Fletcher and John Smythe. There's a lessons learned review, as we call it, in the UK here that was commissioned by the Church of England. It just goes to show the scale and complexity of what's being looked at. And yet I think what is happening there in the UK mirrors so much of what's happening here in the US with a lot of abuse happening and then being covered up.
