Do Cows Have Polyunsaturated Fats in Their Livestock?
Cows have this amazing way of taking polyunsaturated fatty acids in their diet and turning them into saturated fat. If you feed a human corn soy or vegetable oil, humans will accumulate polyunsaturated linoleic acid in their fatty tissue. That is correlated with all sorts of human problems. And it's really this indication that humans are eating badness, right?
