The Triumph of the Suga Clan
A young prince of the Suga clan called Shotoku is said to have been instrumental in establishing Buddhism. He was regarded by some as a bodhisattva which is almost better than Buddha. People got so upset and for different other reasons and people could see what Suga was about that he wasn't just proselytising a new religionSo war followed and eventually there was a climactic battle in the shadow of a mountain called Shigi on Mount Chiggy.
