Are You Happy With NHS England?
NHS England is set to roll out automatic access to all future medical records. The first principle that the NHS subscribes to is 'first do no harm' But it's not safe for people with mental illness or under safeguarding, says Dr Peter Houghton. He believes we should start doing this in a controlled way where patients can opt-in.
