The Flight Operations Manual of the T One 54 M Containing Provisions for the Handling of T Casts
Both operators had provided training programs for ta casts. Practical tea cast training of the flight crew of the tupalef one 54 m in the flight simulator was not possible. The flight operations manuals of both operators did not contain detailed descriptions of the tasks of the individual flight crew members. An assessment to minimize risks during the night shift did not take place. Two assistants were at disposal of the controllers to support them with routine and coordination tasks. But they had no authorization to assume any traffic control functions.
