The Mycorrhizal Network in an Old Forest

The idea of cooperation, it doesn't exactly fit with the survival of the fittest. These trees aren't even the same species, but birch and fur are friends, right? In some way via the medium of fungus that cedas just not in the grape. Forest are communities of all kinds of species. And so because of the connectedness of these old trees and their regenerative capacity, we started calling them 'mother trees'
