Sparks: There seem to be two teams out there right now on the capacities of these, of these language models. The other team is Team Sparks of AGI that says these are actually showing the beginnings of real, intelligent capacities. So I think what we're seeing is actually the development of emergent capacities; nobody at the beginning of all this thought they were going to do much more than mimic and regurgitate text really well.
