The Man Who Shot and Killed a Guy in Los Angeles

Josha: A friend of mine had been murdered, a guy that i had just seen about ten days earlier in los angeles. He was a forensic sachiatrist who worked with police departments all over the west. The man who killed him was was planning his death, as well as that of others. Josha: There wasn't anything anybody could do.
