Selling weed is not an ethical issue to be breaking laws that are unethical. I think there's a risk question, but from e like inters on how much risk you want to take in employing this person. But if as i put myself into the shoes, there's the partner fer we, i think you have to have the conversation. It actually is unethical, just like, try to fire them over it without talking about it. If you was robbing ballgreens, i think that would be ethically a problem.
