How Long Have You Been Making Yogurt?

I made my first batch at Christmas 2004. I was thinking about going back to grad school at the time as well. But what I didn't factor in is that instead of like five cups or 10 cups, which I had when I was doing it at home, I came out with like 300 or something cups. More than I could just eat and div out to my friends. And then a friend who actually worked at Murray's Cheese told me: Hey, what do you think? Is this good yogurt? You're not blue to that, right? This isn't the Today Show. Anything goes.
