What's Next?

We have what would be considered, by almost all standards, a state of the art data base. We found that it is absolutely archaic in the digital world. It doesn't even work with an ap on a poam. And so we're having now, we got a team, if i think it's like 30 people, a software, brilliant people. They are going to take em a year to develop an original data vase system for us. Most of the leaders listening would not have the resource for that. What wet, what we have to invest in is staff to work with volunteers so that they're served and they're cared for.
