"I have a three-key answer. Tier number one is, is it a good idea? And that is the type of question I learned to ask because I saw many bad ideas be thrown in the air," he says. "The next step, once I come to the conclusion, it's a good idea, is my morality." He adds: "Even though I'm the lawyer and I'm not the military colonel, but my specialty is the law".
