Do You Know What the Integrative Information Theory Is?
Integrated information theory says that any physical substrait can eventually become consciousness if its information becomes complex enough. The subject becomes able to report on their own inner experiences, and because this is empirically derived, there obviously is truth to it right? But think there's a lot of naivete philosophica, naivete behind that one. We don't make that mistake in any other area of scientific or philosophical inquiry. So eer this idea that the internet can have a private conscious life of its own arises from a mix of unexamined assumptions and unjustified extrapolations that violate rationality. Our culture has manufactured plausibility for these irrational steps. And this is a culch madness tet.
