I feel like people are preparing for the worst and they're just you know they're ready for the sky to fall or whatever um but I don't think it's gonna get that bad. One thing I do miss on the vendor side is that I used to get all sorts of like the MLS emails that would give breakdown like the stats of what's going on in different markets which was always fun.
