The Relationship Between the Oil and the Likeness of God

In the last portion, talking about the oil, it says it is sacred and you are to consider it sacred. Whereas in this portion, it says, it shall be most holy to you. Consider it holy to the Lord, but it doesn't say that it is holy or sacred. Like that, that is very different from how it was phrased in the previous chapter.
