Is There a Unified Enemy in the Cold War?
One unifying theme, you see between globo war and terror and cold war, is a kind of dicotomous view of the world. At least during the first cld war, you had two ostensibly communist countries - even if there was a divide between them. That's not really the order the world that we encounter right now. We don't have idealogical coherence between russia or china. So i think that that also is going to change the way this kind of am, You know, that this kind of war, if it's going to be a war ensues.
