The Importance of a Global Product

We have an iOS app, an Android app, a TV app, a Windows website app and all of those work on all of our languages. So in some ways we do change the app but in most ways it stays the same. But you see is only one slight variant of this thing as a global product. We've gone into qualitative research with products that people are like what is this?
