How to Aline Your Position and Your Product Around That Customer

Once you have clarity on your value proposition, how do i effectively communicate that value and use it to gain more markets and more customers. It's really around alining your positioning and your product around those customers wants and needs. So what i like to do is fake the product and then do a lot of testing. And fake the product means you can actually, ah, test your positioning. Be a facebook and google ads, drive customers to landing pages and test what position really resignates with Customers.
