We have to learn based on what we understand at the time. You can hold a belief that's an actually accurate one and still do something that's harmful to yourself. And there doesn't seem to be well, for the reason that you can hold a false belief. So then they're not all misinformation is equal, in which case then you have to be careful what you're focusing on.
