Sally Kohn: You write about being an introvert growing up, child of immigrants. And then you talk about how you took a class at Stanford Business School that really changed your mindset. She says diversity matters because you can see the world from different perspectives and build products that are more inclusive for people who might not already be at the company. Kohn: We have this massive bias in our society, in American society, we really value people who speak up.
