In a wee, i was the head of a group at firmela in metical astrophysics for many years. One of the things i'm most proud of is are the people who came through. I learn probably more from them than they learned from me. But to have helped their career and celebrated what they've done,. i think that thing that's rarer in science than you might imagine.
