T-Gamma Delta LGL - A Rare Chronic Lymphoproliferative Disorder

Large granular lymphocyte leukemia, or LGL, is a rare chronic lymphoproliferative disorder. LGLL occurs at a rate of 0.2 to 0.72 cases per 1 million individuals per year. Approximately 40% of LGLL cases have somatic STAT3 and STAT5B mutations. The current study represents the largest cohort of T-gamma delta LGL compiled to date.
