The Kaiser and the World's Fatest Game of Dice

The series of bad decisions that would lead the world into blood-soaked calamity started in 1909, when Austria-Hungary announced the formal annexation of Bosnia and Herzkovina. The Kaiser was unhappy with the Young Terk Revolution, because the constitution they forced on the Sultan was made an imitation of Great Britain. One of Wilhelm's later schemes was to try and win the Muslim world over to his banner.
